This program is different from almost every other addiction program because it addresses the root cause of addiction energetically, spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally. Our goal will be to reprogram, release, and heal the patterns, pain, and trauma that lie at the root of your addiction. There are energetic, emotional, and mental patterns that may be inherited and also get created over time, which make getting oneself out of addictive behaviors very difficult. When we shift those patterns at the energetic, emotional, and mental levels, it creates an environment where one’s will and determination to be free from the addiction cycle are much more powerful because there is simply less resistance within. Add in a dash of ritual and that really helps cement the new behaviors.

Although it might feel impossible to get free from addiction, the fact is that you have developed a habit, and habits can be shifted. You can break free from the patterns with the correct tools. You are a magical, powerful, multidimensional being with the power to change your reality. When you approach your healing journey from a multidimensional viewpoint, and you address the addiction or self-harming behavior holistically and energetically, it gives you so much more leverage with which you can lift yourself out of the rut of addiction.

It is the job of your guide, Lana Borealis, to help you free yourself from the bondage of addiction. Lana’s own path was shadowed by an intensely problematic and painful relationship with alcoholic for two decades. She found freedom and release through energy healing, entity removal, Soul Realignment, therapy, self care, self love, and support groups. Lana combines the tools that helped her into one comprehensive program to help you break through, break free, and level up and out of the addiction cycle. In life there are almost no guarantees, same with this program. Nothing is guaranteed. However, if you put in the work and use the tools provided there is almost no reason why this won’t work for you as well as it’s worked for Lana and kept her free from alcohol abuse for 6+ years.

The entire program is online, so anyone, anywhere in the world can join. Fluency in English is absolutely necessary, however. All meetings and group sessions (with the exception of the support group meetings to protect privacy) will be recorded for later viewing. All live meetings and sessions will be held via Zoom. All materials will be accessible via the members portal on this website. You will have lifetime access to all trainings, group session recordings, Q&A recordings, associated writings, etc.

Great! Keep doing what you’re doing if you feel you’re benefiting from it. It is recommended that every person who enrolls in this program also have a therapist or counselor, because Lana Borealis and other guest speakers and collaborators are not therapists. They are guides, coaches, other individuals on a healing path, and energy healers. Having a trusted therapist is really helpful when being a human on Earth. Things are messy here, we need all the help we can get. If you have a reiki practitioner, a cranial sacral facilitator, a handful of support groups you attend, a nutritionist, etc… more power to you. Sometimes it takes a village to help us heal and it most likely won’t interfere with the trainings and sessions provided through this program. If at any time, you feel there is some conflict, please contact Lana to address it.

Look, your life and your body are just that, yours. Ultimately, you are the only person on the planet who has any right to tell you what you can and cannot do with your time, energy, attention, money, and most especially your body. This program is not AA or NA, this program is not a 12-step, it is not a rehab facility for detoxing and isolating you from factors that may lead to temptation or relapse. None of the facilitators, speakers, coaches, or healers guiding this program will shame you for the choices you make before, during, or after participation in the program. For the most part, we don’t prefer to use the language of the mainstream addiction treatment protocols and approaches. We are not absolutists. In general, it’s probably best for most people to quit and thereafter avoid the things to which they’ve become addicted. We’re not here to determine that. We’re here to offer you the tools, the support, the guidance, and the safe space for you to heal, get strong, and move on with your life. Whatever that means for you. It’s different for all of us. 

In order to protect the privacy of the participants in this program, no support group meetings will ever be recorded. During all recorded meetings, you may leave your video off and use microphone or text chat only, and only if you wish to. You may use a fake name if you are very concerned privacy. In extreme cases of privacy concerns, if absolute anonymity feels one-hundred percent necessary, you may opt out of the support group and live healings.
